- Position : Customer Service or Admin Assistant
- Location : Near Bencoolen MRT
- Working hours : Monday -Friday, 9.00am-6.00pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3000 + Completion bonus + 12 days annual leave + Medical reimbursement
- Duration : 1.5 year contract convertible to permanent
- Industry : Photoresists and semiconductor
Main Responsibilities:
- Liaising and co-coordinating with customers on sales orders and enquiries
- Invoicing, P/O and D/O, purchasing / receiving
- Order processing
- Administration duties
- Supply chain management duties (back up)
Requirements:
- ITE/Diploma holder with 1-2 years relevant experience
- Possess good customer service & communication skills
- PC literate: MS Office Applications-Excel , Words, PowerPoint and Adobe, ERP systems
- Self-motivated, a team player and can work independently.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
