Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to corporate service team.
- Prepare service related materials and documents including service agreement, application form, quotation, tax invoice etc.
- Assist in follow up with clients on service progress and payment collection.
- Any other tasks as assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Business Management / Business studies or any other equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in customer service or administrative role. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong self-learning ability and able to work independently.
- Passion and willingness to learn product knowledge in corporate service industry.
- Training will be provided.
