Your new role
As a Senior Director of AI/ Data Analytics, you will be responsible for:
- Create and implement the advanced analytics strategy to meet business goals.
- Provide guidance in advanced analytics and AI/ML.
- Lead and motivate a team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and analytics product managers.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop analytics solutions.
- Oversee data analysis and machine learning projects to find insights and solve problems.
- Ensure high-quality analytics solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical guidelines.
- Implement data governance processes to maintain data quality and security.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry standards.
What you'll need to succeed
- 10+ years’ experience in Data/BI/ML/AI.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Extensive experience in advanced analytics, data science, and machine learning.
- Knowledge of data analytics techniques, statistical modeling, and machine learning algorithms.
- Knowledge of Agile and DataOps.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to understand business needs.
