Monday - Friday: 8.15am - 5.45pm


Our Client is specializing in Industrial Vacuum Equipment, System Applications, and Waste Management Automation Systems.


Job Responsibilities:


Human Resource / Payroll Processing

  • To assist and support departmental heads in recruitment matters.
  • To liaise with the payroll outsourcing company on all payroll matters, including overtime claims, leaves, reservists, etc.
  • To maintain and handle all leave matters.
  • To perform application and renewal of work permits.
  • To liaise with the insurance company to purchase security bonds for migrant workers.
  • To prepare letters of appointment, promotion, re-designations, and termination matters.
  • To work with the insurance company on all insurance matters—both company and staff insurance.
  • To perform MOM declaration submissions as required.
  • Any other tasks assigned.

Accounts

  • To provide support to the accounting and backroom operations department.
  • To record day-to-day financial transactions in Job Cost (Excel).
  • To perform basic office tasks, such as scanning, filing, data entry, etc.
  • Any other tasks assigned.
  • Prepare payments to suppliers and staff claims.
