Required Skills and Qualifications
- Communicate with customers in a friendly and helpful manner, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Proficiently use Windows, Mac or Google office tools to reference/create documents and spreadsheets.
- Demonstrate English language proficiency in verbal and written communication.
- Perform general administrative tasks on the computer.
