Principal Responsibilities
- Creates collection schedules for retail sales customers
- Schedules retail sales customers (bulk and PGP) to arrive for physical collection
- Communicate collection schedules to customer and adjust to constraints if possible
- Facilitate the administration process of retail collect customers.
- Prepares commercial invoice and packing list for regional retail sales customers
- Prepares delivery notes for retail sales customers
- Perform post delivery or collection administration.
- Confirm deliveries in SAP / GOLD
- Confirms delivery notes for retail sales in SAP
- Submit additional sales service charges to Customer Service.
- Update the product versus demand forecast and product allocations for bulk retail / collect.
- Input the daily inventory, production and demand from iHistorian report.
- Other duties that would be assigned on an ad-hoc basis.
Required Key Skills (Functional/Technical)
- ITE certificate in office skills, GCE ‘O’ level
- Relevant working experience in international shipment is preferred
- Strong Knowledge of MS office applications such as words, excel and outlook.
- Good organizational skills, multi-tasking, high accuracy and attention to details, and good follow up skills
- High-level of confidentiality, professionalism with good interpersonal and communication skills
