Looking for a dynamic and adaptable admin assistant to assist a Senior Manager in the following:
- Events organization: Coordinating of events and booking venues etc.
- Administration: Submission of forms and tracking of details, help with quotations for clients
- Follow ups: Communicate with customers on invoices due and documents required for submission
- Other Adhoc duties as directed by Senior Manager.
Skills:
- Canva, Powerpoint, Excel, Adobe photoshop (good to have), Video Editing (i.e. create tiktok/IG videos)
- Good interpersonal skills, able to work with a diverse range of people.
- Easy going, good communication, detailed and task oriented.
Requirements:
- Nitec, Higher NITEC, Diploma holders in any discipline.
- Able to work independently and in a team setting.
Working hours: 9-6pm, Mon - Fri
