Warehouse Executive
- Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm / 9am-6pm ; Saturday 8.30am - 12.30pm / 9am-1pm
- Location: Woodlands
- Salary: $2500 - $3000 + AWS
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of warehousing experience
- Possess valid forklift licence
Job Responsibilities :
- Inspecting and receiving incoming shipments, verifying quantities and checking for any damages or discrepancies.
- Preparing and issuing materials or products to various departments or customer as requested, ensuring that items are correctly key in of inventory.
- Liaise with Logistic company to coordinate domestic and international shipments.
- Monitoring and managing inventory levels, conduct regular inventory check, stock cycle count, ensuring accurate records are maintained, and coordinating with relevant department for replenishment as needed
- Ensuring that all warehouse activities comply with relevant regulations and safety standards, including conducting regular safety audits.
- Working closely with other departments, such as procurement, logistics, and sales, to ensure smooth coordination and alignment of warehouse activities
