As Customer Service Officer at K+S Asia Pacific Pte Ltd., you will take on the following tasks on a full-time basis at the earliest possible starting date.

Key Responsibilities:
- Issuing, processing, and monitoring incoming orders.
- Issuing and processing invoices and further order/shipment related documents.
- Assist our customers as the first point of contact for all order related inquiries, including shipping advice and tracking, logistics coordination, and managing letters of credit.
- Internal communication on order-related matters with the regional sales team and associated departments at the headquarters.
- Ensuring consistent documentation and conformity with international, country-specific, customer-specific, and internal guidelines.
- Creating, changing, and maintaining customer-related master data.
- Troubleshooting and processing customer claims.
- Analyzing customer demand patterns to optimize sales.
- Coordination with third-party providers for the purchasing of trading goods.
Requirement:
- Successfully completed studies in business administration, economics, logistics/supply chain management or at least 3 years of relevant working experience in customer service or supply chain management.
- (First) professional experience is desirable, including internships or working student jobs.
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation.
- High degree of resilience and flexibility.
- Independent and responsible way of working while at the same time contributing to the team and sharing workload whenever necessary.
- Fluent in English and a second language is desirable, German is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office 365 applications. First practical experience in SAP (SD) is desirable.
- Based in Singapore.
