You will be required to carry out regular inspections to the building and its facilities to maintain a high service delivery level.
- To use building automation systems (BMS) and is able to make necessary program adjustments in the BMS to perform improvements, remove faults or to suit changes in operating conditions
- To adjust/check/replace flush valve sensors, trace and identify locations of minor leakages or chokes and to clear them in timely manner
- Manage building works such as periodic oiling of door hinges, repair or replace faulty door handles and locks, check window hinges, application of sealants when the old ones have peeled off, etc.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor.
Job Requirement
- Minimum Nitec in Facilities Management Services / Estate Management / Building Maintenance / Engineering/ Building Services or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in facilities operations management, mechanical trades of ACMV, plumbing and sanitary
- Able to work 5.5 days/ week
- Willing to travel to CBD area
- Hands-on experience in the building operation, M&E services
- Experience in trouble shooting of breakdowns/faults and performing service recovery is necessary
