Overview of Job Scope (Non Exhaustive)
- Manage the company’s network, service equipment, daily desktop operations, and IT operation management
- Provide onsite service support, including installation and maintenance of client computer desktops, hardware and network equipment
- Debug and troubleshoot the video conference system
- Install, debug, configure and maintain desktop equipment including desktops, notebooks, printers, video conference systems and telephones
- Communicate with users to ensure the normal operation of systems
- Manage network and computer room operations, including configuring switches and firewalls
- Manage the Company’s IT assets
- Maintain documentation of processes that are followed by the department
- Perform other IT tasks as assigned by the department manager and ensure excellent reporting
- Perform additional tasks as required to meet the department’s needs
- Any other administrative ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or related fields
- Familiarity with basic network technology, TCP/IP protocol, skilled configuration of network equipment such as Fortigate and Cisco, and experience in computer room operation and maintenance management preferred
- Proficiency in Windows and Mac OS, experience with common conference room systems and equipment such as Polycom, Cisco, Teams, and AD domain deployment and debugging preferred
- Strong language and communication skills, proactive and adaptable in work, strong learning ability, teamwork spirit, ability to handle pressure, and a strong sense of responsibility and service
- At Least 1 year of relevant IT desktop support experience, with a preference for system research and development and logical thinking in system research and IT service experience
- Ability to independently handle common computer hardware and software failures
- Willingness to undertake occasional business trips and demonstrate a serious and responsible work attitude
- Willing to work overtime/PH/ Weekend
