- Oversees the day-to-day operations to ensure all building systems perform in accordance with performance standard determined by the Building Management
- Ensure tenants’ fit-out/reinstatement works are in compliance with Building Management’s guidelines
- Regular inspection of the building, provide guidance to the team in following up on rectifying defects identified during inspection.
- Familiar with government authorities’ regulations and guidelines. Ensure MCST’s compliance with all the regulations and guideline
- Provide facility support to various departments
- Ensure all preventive, corrective maintenance and ad-hoc works are duly carried out and coordinate with vendors and contractors on building defects and outstanding issues
- Conduct regular inspection on building, facilities and M&E services to ensure all are in good condition with compliance to building regulations
- Coordinate with internal departments and Fire Safety Manager (FSM) on fire safety management and control
- Assist Fire Safety Manager to update documentation, co-ordinate fire emergency drills, safety training for personnel and all other fire safety issues
- Ensure proper administration and documentation
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Building, Facilities Management, Electrical Engineering, Business Management or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint
- At least 5 years’ relevant work experience
- Work location : Tuas
- Working hours : Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)
