Responsibilities:
· Work closely with internal stakeholders and outsourced vendors to monitor, performance tune, patch and troubleshoot issues for the SAP technology platforms
· Carry out periodic review of SAP Basis administration activities, procedures and processes
· Carry out periodic review and ensure that vulnerabilities are removed/mitigated (i.e. via EWA, SOS, SAP Security Notes) on time
· Carry out SAP Basis Administration activities to ensure service level agreements are adhered
· Support scheduled weekends and/or after-office hours maintenance activities or any work contingencies where necessary
· Support audit request on these SAP Landscapes
· Support annual Business continuity/IT DR exercise
Requirements:
· At least 6 years of experience in SAP BASIS, and implementing SAP system
· Experience in SAP Application like SAP S/4 1709, Embedded Fiori, Enterprise Portal 7.5, Business Warehouse 7.5, Business Object 4.2, Lumira Server 2.4, HP Quality Center (ALM), Solution Manager 7.2 (Defect management and Solution Monitoring) and SAP Print server.
· Experience in SAP Database like HANA DB 2.0 and SQL 2016
· Experience in SAP change tools like STMS and CTS+
· Experience in SAP patch and upgrade like SAP support packages and kernel.
· Good knowledge in Linux (HA, Fencing) and Windows Server 2016 or above
· Experience in working with SAP installation, upgrade, monitoring, troubleshooting of issue with tuning and optimization.
· Experience in System refresh like backup-restore, client-copy, export-import for various SAP application.
· Experience in Incident management, problem management, change and capacity management.
· Professional certifications in SAP BASIS is preferred
· Good communication, project management, strong analytical, problem-solving skills.
