Job Duties:
- Manage and coordinate relationships with external suppliers, third parties and contractors, ensuring office inventory and supplies are well stocked
- Coordinate with IT service providers and manage IT equipment and tools needed for the office
- Manage the end-to-end human resource onboarding and offboarding processes
- Coordinate with corporate secretarial service firm on the preparation and reconciliation of monthly management accounts, quarterly GST filing and annual financial statements
- Coordinate with building management to oversee and manage office operations & admin (maintenance, billing, mailing, ad-hoc activities)
- Handle travel management that includes booking of air tickets, hotel room, car transfer, plan travel itinerary, match travel plan with business meeting schedule etc.
- Arrange logistics of tele and video conference calls, and schedule meetings including booking of meeting rooms
- Processing of expense claims and reports
- Organize and handle corporate events for the company
- Preparation and generation of funds reports
- Manage logistics, planning and handle end to end events management
- Provide secretarial/ PA support to the MD
- Handle ad hoc personal errands
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree qualified preferably in Business Administration, Business Management or a related field
- Minimum of 5 - 10 years relevant working experience in a fast-paced professional environment
- Able to work independently
