Job Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including Production, Procurement, Quality, and Logistics, to ensure the timely release and availability of materials for production orders.
· Ensure purchase orders are issued promptly to meet on-time delivery requirements and address supplier service level and invoice issues.
· Manage and optimize inventory coverage to minimize obsolescence.
· Assist with new product launches by analyzing available information to determine what to purchase, when to order, and in what quantities.
· Contribute to the annual materials planning and budgeting process.
· Monitor delivery lead times and key indicators to support material availability, optimal coverage, and prevent obsolescence.
· Maintain alignment with the Procurement Annual Strategic Buying Plan and Pricing, ensuring effective supplier management and a reliable supply chain.
· Ensure all assigned SOPs are current, business processes are optimized, and that they comply with Good Manufacturing Practices and corporate standards.
· Provide support with documentation and administrative tasks.
Job Requirements
· Minimum Diploma in a related discipline
· Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
· Able to start immediately or within short notice
