Responsibilities:
Procurement:
Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for solar panels, inverters, mounting systems, electrical cables, and other essential components.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to secure favorable deals.
Create purchase orders and maintain accurate documentation.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in procuring materials to meet project needs.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Logistics Coordination:
Organize transportation and logistics for delivering materials and equipment to project sites.
Track shipments and provide updates to internal teams on delivery status.
Work closely with logistics providers to optimize shipping routes and reduce costs.
Assist in resolving logistics issues, such as delays or damages, and communicate solutions to the relevant stakeholders.
Inventory Management:
Support inventory record management, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
Perform regular stock checks and report any discrepancies.
Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and ensure material availability.
Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare and maintain procurement and logistics documentation, including invoices, delivery notes, and contracts.
Generate regular reports on procurement and logistics activities for management review.
Ensure all procurement and logistics processes comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Salary commensurate with experience (candidate who has more experience will be considered as Senior position).
Qualification :
Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience:2-4 years of experience in procurement and/or logistics, preferably within the renewable energy or solar industry.
Experience in coordinating logistics and managing supplier relationships.
Skills:
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Good communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP or supply chain management software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Basic understanding of solar industry products and supply chain considerations.
