Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in the following key tasks:
- Daily follow up with members of public on the acknowledgement/outcomes of their eGIRO applications.
- Follow up with members of public or schools via email and phone calls, when there is a need for them to take specific actions
- Entering transactions in the billing system with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Updating and maintaining statistics in Excel spreadsheets.
- Handling the returned mail according to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
The selected candidate may be required to undertake other ad-hoc assignments as required.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with stakeholders (such as colleagues, school staff, member of public etc).
- Attention to details and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise tasks and work within tight time constraints.
- Prior experience in administrative support roles or similar positions is a plus.

Monday to Thursday 8.5 hours (8.30am to 6pm); Friday 8 hours (8.30am to 5.30pm)
