ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading the sales department, overseeing activities of the juniors and monitoring performance as a whole
- Examining growth opportunities, enabling placement improvements, product mix development
- Monthly team performance reports preparation, taking responsibility for the department’s performance against targets
- Negotiating complex deals and beating the competition in head-to-head opportunities.
- Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers
- Prepare sales proposal and correspondences
- Renewal of contract
- Resolving operational issues
- Any other ad hoc requests as specified by Superior
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Business Administration or related qualification
- Possess strong business acumen, resourceful, result oriented with strong managerial and leadership qualities with min. 5 years of relevant experience
- Able to strategize with management to set the direction for the business and in making critical strategic decisions
- Mature with initiative and able to work under pressure in a team environment.
- Possess a strong drive and commitment
- Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and well developed presentation skills
- Possess own vehicle
