Job Responsibilities:
- Verify that all work being executed on the job site complies with the latest approved drawings and contract specifications.
- Plan and arrange concrete trial mixes according to specified requirements.
- Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) when activities deviate from approved drawings and contract specifications.
- Coordinate with Qualified Persons (QPs) and clients to resolve and close Non-Conformance notices.
- Prepare and submit Method Statements, Quality Records, Test Results, Material Submissions, and Concrete Design Mixes for client approval.
- Maintain the Project Quality Plan, Management Plan, and other quality records, and oversee or arrange testing activities.
- Compile all test reports for submission to authorities via transmittal.
- Update and submit monthly progress reports related to quality matters to authorities.
- Support external and internal quality audits on-site.
Job Specifications:
- Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
