Job Responsibilities:
- Attend to customer needs and ensure areas are clean and stocked with supplies.
- Verify and authorize transactions, including payouts and fills.
- Ensure equipment is in optimal operational condition.
- Handle customer complaints directly or redirect to the appropriate authority.
- Maintain effective communication with team members and supervisors.
- Protect company and department assets at all times.
- Recognize and engage new premium customers.
- Adhere to attendance guidelines and all relevant policies and regulations.
- Work in the dispatch office as assigned, including using dispatch software and handling related tasks.
Job Requirements:
- Electronic technical background is a plus.
- Experience in gaming or related fields is advantageous.
- Good understanding of operational procedures.
- Singaporean only
- Must be able to perform shift work
