Job Summary:
The Digital Marketer will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels, including social media, email, search engines, and websites. This role requires a deep understanding of current digital marketing tools and strategies, as well as the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies:
- Create comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with business goals.
- Manage and oversee all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, display advertising, and content marketing.
2. Content Creation and Management:
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality digital content (blogs, videos, infographics).
- Manage the company’s website and social media profiles to ensure consistent and engaging content.
3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to guide content creation and improve organic search rankings.
- Monitor and analyze site performance metrics, making recommendations for improvement.
4. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising:
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
- Monitor and optimize PPC campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
5. Social Media Marketing:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to customer queries, and foster community interaction.
6. Email Marketing:
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, email design, and performance tracking.
- Use data and analytics to optimize email campaigns for better performance.
7. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and measure the performance of all digital marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, including insights and recommendations for future strategies.
8. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Manage CRM systems to segment audiences and tailor marketing efforts.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for targeted marketing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media platforms).
- Experience with content creation, copywriting, and editing.
- Familiarity with web design and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
