· Managing all aspects of the FOH functions of the restaurant including but not limited to guests engagement, service, bar operations and where necessary, to support the Manager on duty in set up and events management.
· Being ‘au fait’ with the F&B menu so as to be able to confidently and proactively suggest and promote the offerings of TSC to new and regulars alike.
· To ensure orders are timely taken and served with the help of the kitchen and bar operations.
· To multi task various functions as needed during the peak lunch and evening hours of service and ensuring proper reset of the restaurant.

· You will monitor and manage guest reservations to create and ensure accurate guest history; conduct training for all staff with regards to reservations and phone answering etiquettes as well as other tasks or projects assigned by the Management.
· You will actively guide and direct your team to ensure consistency of brand standards and a high level of performance and service delivery.
· Improving the Brand’s online reputation and achieving 5-star customer ratings and reviews.
· Supporting and improving marketing and promotional campaign effectiveness and goals.
