Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Assembly Line Supervisor with extensive experience in managing daily operation of the production line, arrange production according to the production schedule, and monitor the progress of production. This role offers a dynamic and rewarding environment for individuals who excel in assembly, quality control and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor production safety and discipline; manage 6S of the production area. Involve and support Health and Safety programs (DWB, BBS, H&S meetings). Arrange the allocation of resources in the production line and implement all department and company regulations. Arrange production according to the production plan and strictly monitor progress. Supervise and train employees following Working Instructions. Provide feedback on any issues in the process and ensure the quality of products. Manage materials in the production line, locate materials in defined stations with clear labels, and track materials. Ensure all operations are conducted according to effective instructions. Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and effectiveness of records, databases, and document management in the production line. Propose suggestions to promote the efficiency of the production line. Perform daily maintenance of equipment, fixtures, and jigs to promote utilization rates. Handle other assignments as instructed by superiors.
Qualifications:
· Minimum GCE “O” level
· Minimum 2 years of assembly experience, preferably in medical devices
· Ability to relate work with different stakeholders.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
