Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support:
- Assist the Sales team in generating new business leads and opportunities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and target markets.
- Collaborate with the team to develop sales strategies and initiatives.
- Support the preparation of sales presentations, pitch decks, and marketing materials.
2. Client Acquisition:
- Engage with potential clients to introduce Sinohope Asset's services and investment products.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Respond to client inquiries, address concerns, and provide accurate information on products and services.
- Assist in the onboarding process of new clients, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
3. Relationship Management:
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' needs and investment objectives.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, keeping them informed about market trends and investment opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions tailored to clients' requirements.
- Ensure client satisfaction and build long-term relationships to foster client loyalty.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Fintech or a related field,
- Strong interest in and understanding of crypto assets and blockchain technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Basic knowledge of investment products and financial markets.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (both written and verbal).
