Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at a well-established TCM company in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies that promote our brand, products, and services. This role requires a deep understanding of TCM, the ability to engage with both local and international audiences, and a strong grasp of digital marketing trends.
Job Requirements:
1. Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and brand values.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform strategy.
2. Content Marketing:
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content across digital platforms, including social media, blogs, and websites, with a focus on TCM-related topics.
- Collaborate with TCM practitioners to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
3. Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and WeChat.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build an online community that resonates with our brand.
4. SEO/SEM:
- Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website.
- Manage SEM campaigns, including Google Ads, to maximize ROI.
5. Email Marketing:
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products, and maintain customer relationships.
6.Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
7. E-Commerce Management:
- Oversee the online store, ensuring a seamless user experience and driving online sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team to implement promotions and manage inventory.
8. Partnerships and Collaborations:
- Identify and collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and other partners to enhance brand visibility.
- Manage relationships with digital marketing agencies and other external vendors.
9. Compliance and Brand Integrity:
- Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with local regulations, including those related to health products and services.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
Job Requirements:
- Highly experienced individual in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the healthcare or wellness industry, with a strong understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media management, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools).
- Ability to create, curate, and manage TCM-related content across various digital platforms.
- Experience in managing online stores, driving sales, and optimizing the user experience.
- Proven experience in growing and managing social media communities across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and WeChat.
Strong engagement and communication skills for interacting with online audiences. - Experience in identifying and collaborating with influencers, bloggers, and other partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders and create content relevant to TCM).
- Understanding of local regulations related to digital marketing, especially in the healthcare and TCM sectors.
