KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop business plans and manage revenue based on the plan.
- Create strategy for volume expansion and drive growth in revenue to promote planning to achieve the goal.
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Managing services of air forwarding, international multimodal transport, express services and other accompanied services (including administration of planning, contract and quality control of those services).
- Procurement from airline companies and other associated companies and liaison and negotiation with those companies.
- Liaison and other arrangements with Japan HQ (Global Business Head Quarters), air cargo branches, ocean cargo branches, international removal branches of a major business company in Japan and representative offices and related entities in each overseas bloc for above services.
- Making decisions related to services and policies for agencies related to above services.
- Proceeding above services and operations in South Asia and Oceania bloc.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 10 years of supervisory experience in marketing and sales.
- Experience working in Logistics company (Air Cargo division) is preferred.
- Experience coordinating and negotiating with global airlines is preferred.
- Must be IT proficient and able to thrive in a fast -pace setting. Must have strong experience with Microsoft Excel, Word.
