Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Supervisor/Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance programs, performing troubleshooting and failure analysis, and developing standard operating procedures. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance programs within schedule, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and requirements. Perform troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and failure analysis to determine the cause of equipment failures. Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI) for technicians to enhance their competence. Develop and perform risk assessments to evaluate mitigation measures for all maintenance activities. Establish and maintain a proper document system to record all jobs internally for sharing and audit purposes. Assist in identifying, planning, and reviewing necessary training needs for mentoring and coaching maintenance staff. Prepare and write maintenance and spares consumption reports. Perform other duties as instructed by management.
Qualifications:
· Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
· Minium 2 years of relevant work experience.
· Ability to relate work with different stakeholders.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
