1. Design and Develop strategies to allow client to automate the testing process.
2. Work with client to understand on field requirements (Test Automation requirements) and engage with multiple stakeholders to create a solution.
3. Development of test automation framework, testing processes and procedures using testing Tool.
4. Responsible for planning, designing, deploying, maintenance and troubleshooting related to Testing.
5. Implementing integrations, continuous testing/integrations.
6. Implementing best practices specific to the test planning, Automation scripting, test execution & reporting activities processes.
7. Good experience in reviewing the Automation deliverables, existing solution, design and system architecture & suggesting improvements.
8. Handle Customer specific extensions and integration of Tosca (custom controls, Special Execution Tasks like recovery purposes etc).
9. Involved in Module Capture, test case designing, Mapping data in Test Case Design sheet, and executing the Test cases in test execution list.
10. Demonstrate highly differentiated hands-free and forward-looking automation solutions, fully aligned to business objectives.
11. Work with customer and internal stakeholders to deliver next generation automation adoption.
12. Coach and manage distributed automation and SDET teams.
13. Work with peers for solutions and knowledge/asset management. Provide technical and managerial direction to the team
14. Define coding standards, processes, best practices with regards to Test Automation (UI \API\ Mobility\ NFR)
15. Identify & operationalise innovation opportunities working with the customer.
16. Provide guidance to team members\organization on different technical aspects like - new tools and techniques, best practices, emerging technologies, change control, and Software licenses.
17. Ability to contribute to the organization towards pre-sales (solutioning) efforts.
18. Excellent Leadership, Technical, Communication, Analytical and Problem-Solving skills and ability to get on well with people including cross-cultural backgrounds
19. Hands on expose to a varied variety of Test automation tools available in the market.
