They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant QA Manager to lead the Quality Assurance and ESG compliance efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
- Conduct supplier audits and monitor supplier performance to uphold quality standards.
- Lead regular quality testing and evaluations, working closely with the R&D team on new product evaluations and generating detailed reports.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the QA function and provide expert advice on quality management to all business units.
- Lead and manage ESG projects, ensuring alignment with sustainability goals, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and budgets.
- Stay updated on the latest quality policies, regulations, and ESG trends to ensure compliance and drive improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of operational, quality, and engineering experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of Quality System Standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and sustainability concepts, including ESG frameworks.
