We are seeking a committed individual to join the equities operational team to support the daily reconciliation process and operational control reporting. The candidate needs to be attentive to details with data integrity mindset who thrives off learning new skills and challenging yourself in operational efficiency area.
Job Responsibilities
- Proactive outbound contact efforts to ensure all prospects and clients are contacted primarily via phone, with the use of Salesforce CRM to manage daily tasks
- Establish an appropriate contact strategy to achieve optimal outcomes in client activation
- Conduct outbound activities to engage dormant or inactive clients
- Participation in client acquisition and engagement activities including in person events, seminars and webinars
- Demonstrate strong awareness and understanding of the firm’s products and offerings, and direct competitors
- Must be familiar with the firm’s onboarding and deposit/withdrawal processes
- Serve as first point of contact to educate and guide clients, addressing their needs and queries about the platform and product
- Perform upselling and cross-selling where appropriate
- Adhere to the firm’s guidelines and policies, and industry regulations
- KPIs will include number and quality of client interactions, and client activation rate including funding and trading ratios.
Job Requirement
- Proficiency in English & Mandarin

- Pays attention to detail and well-organized
- Able to work well under pressure and goal-oriented
- Basic knowledge in trading products including stocks, ETFs, Regular Savings Plans etc, and a brief understanding of the firm’s offerings
- Good communicator, must be able to actively engage client in two-way communications especially in-person or over the phone
- CMFAS certified
- 1-2 years’ experience in a client facing role, over the phone sales will be a benefit.
- Degree/Diploma in any discipline, preferably Business/Finance-related
- Fresh Graduates are welcomed.
