Reports to : Warehouse Manager
Job Purpose:
Responsible for the day to day management of the company’s warehouse in accordance with the overall policies of the company. The focus will be to support the team and improve the operational efficiency of the warehouse. The successful candidate will be comfortable with admin work (receiving of orders, inputting in POS) and physical work (receiving deliveries, preparing customers’ orders).
Job Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Warehouse Manager in her duties, supervise and support warehouse staff and daily activities
- Preparing and packing orders, that includes physical work to carry cartons of wines.
- Receiving and processing of orders from our online platforms; follow company’s SOP for order processing
- Handling of POS to input every online transaction in our company system
- Communicating and coordinating with our company drivers, our head office, other departments and sometimes customers.
- Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse productivity.
- Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of products.
- Ordering products and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
- Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
- Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.

- Perform all duties in a manner that will ensure safety for myself and others
- Report all damaged equipment immediately to management
- Report all hazards and injuries as soon as possible within 24 Hours
