Job Description:
- To assist and collate purchase orders/ purchase requistions
- To assist in preparation and issuance of purchase orders to suppliers
- To liaise with shipping agents
- To assist in co-ordination with the team on product information, price availability, documentation requirements and delivery schedule
- To support in purchasing daily routines
- To ensure and maintain proper record and filing system in department
- Ensure compliance to ISO standard operating procedures
- Perform other functions & duties as delegated to you from time to time
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in related functions
- Relevant experience in similar role preferred. Training will be provided
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently under fast paced environment
- Able to work in a team and be customer oriented
- Strong work committment with positive attitude
