We are seeking a registered pharmacist with certification from the Singapore Pharmacy Council. The ideal candidate will possess:

- Exceptional clinical and patient care skills.
- At least 5 years of experience in retail pharmacy, with proven expertise in managing cash flow.
- Strong business planning abilities and a genuine passion for service and people.
- Comprehensive knowledge of retail pharmacy and industry trends, including achieving sales targets.
- A solution-oriented, resourceful, and independent work style.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in IT, including Pharmacy Management Systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective implementation of planograms and price changes.
- Oversee and manage in-store promotional setups and layouts during promotion transitions.
- Plan and coordinate daily workflows to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and store appearance, including daily housekeeping and hazard management.
- Ensure storerooms are clean, organized, and only contain current stock.
- Provide comprehensive sales and customer service, including greeting customers, assisting with inquiries, completing transactions, and negotiating with sales representatives for promotional activities beyond the dispensing counter.
- Supervise a small team of staff members.
Work Schedule & Benefits:
- 5-day work week, with the requirement to work one weekend.
