Location: Kent Ridge
Duration: 12 months
Salary: up to $2800 per month
Working hours: 10am to 7pm on weekdays + Alternate Sat:10am to 2pm
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries (phone calls and emails)
- Ensure accurate data entry and record keeping
- Manage inventory for office equipment and lab supplies
- Assist in billing and payments
- Coordinate communications between departments and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Possess a diploma related to science/ biology
- Prior experience in client service/ admin and/or healthcare sector is a bonus
