Job Description:
- Prepare quantity measurement, costing and estimation for both pre- and post- contract administration.
- Prepare evaluation and certification of sub-contractors’ progress payments.
- Prepare and follow up on monthly progress claims.
- Prepare costing and submit quotations to clients for Variation Orders (VO) items.
- Liaise with main contractor on payments and VO confirmations.
- Prepare Final Account for completed projects and obtain management’s approval.
- Follow up with clients on final payments and release of retentions
- Liaise with main contractor on performance bonds.
- Prepare monthly report of payment collection forecast and estimation of payments to sub-contractors.
- Any other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
- Work with Project Managers on project administration matters, contractual obligation and cost impact for project, etc.
- Assist in the preparation of project submission documents such as - built drawings, operational & maintenance manual, warranties, etc.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of Singapore related working experience is compulsory
- Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / Building Services / M&E Engineering
- With relevant local working experience would be preferred
- Good oral & written communication skills with a positive work attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work independently under minimum supervision
