We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Content Strategy and Communications Senior Manager to support our Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) business. This individual should have the right mix of digital content development, design, communications and knowledge/project management skills to develop and drive business content, strategy and operations in support of Visa’s Advisory business, one of Visa’s critical Value Added Services.

Part of the Asia Pacific (AP) Communications team and working in close collaboration with the VCA business, this individual will develop storytelling narratives and lead regional content development that enhance Visa’s Advisory reputation with our clients and stakeholders, such as financial institutions, merchants, and fintechs, through a multitude of digital channels.

This individual will be dedicated to supporting the Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) Asia Pacific team. This individual’s remit will include building Visa Advisory’s industry leadership across AP, developing Visa Advisory specific storytelling across owned and digital channels, working in close partnership with the broader VCA team and all internal Visa stakeholders, by mining for impactful content and stories.

Additionally, this role involves managing internal communications and employee engagement for the VCA team where responsibilities include developing regular newsletters, internal memos, managing regional townhalls, and support for webinars and client events, as well as organizing onboarding and training for new joiners, and any other communications related activities for the VCA AP team.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic, well-rounded team player with a digital-first approach to communications and with good business acumen. They should be versatile across various communication disciplines with a focus on content development, design and asset development, content marketing, campaign design, program management.  

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a robust pipeline of content and stories to build VCA's brand equity both internally and externally across Asia Pacific
  • Business storytelling, content and asset development, including writing and editing thought leadership pieces for Visa’s clients and other external audiences (this includes articles, reports, whitepapers, case studies, videos, graphics and social media assets), as well as internal memos, newsletters and internal VCA sites.
  • Create content promotion plans to drive awareness and engagement through various internal and external channels in Visa, including visa.com and Visa’s social and digital channels; develop compelling VCA narratives and tailor messages for specific channels and audiences, working in close partnership with our Marketing and Communications teams.
  • Content marketing and support for webinars and client events, including designing, managing and measuring email outreach campaigns to internal and external audiences for the VCA team.
  • Lead and manage internal communication and engagement, such as monthly newsletters, internal memos, functional townhalls and other updates for the VCA AP team.
  • Strengthen Visa Consulting & Analytics employee value proposition and positioning to attract talent in the AP market, including developing collateral and getting involved in communications related to recruitment events, culture, training and onboarding for the VCA employee community.
  • Program management, including measuring and tracking results and progress for communications and business objectives.

 

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
