Based in the office, you will help us with general administrative and tele-sales tasks:
- Take customer orders by phone.
- Process incoming mobile phone & email orders.
- Able to serve mandarin-speaking customers.
- Key orders into computer system.
- Provide sales support to sales team.
- Liaise with logistics teams on delivery.
- General administrative tasks, filing, data entry, printing of labels.
- Other ad-hoc office duties.
You should:
- Be details-oriented, meticulous and systematic.
- Be able to work independently and multitask.
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
We have a 5-day work week (Mon-Fri 8.30am - 6pm).
This is a permanent full-time position.
We are located 3 mins from Kaki Bukit MRT Station.
Singaporeans or PRs preferred. You should be physically in Singapore right now.
We are unable to hire you if you are currently outside of Singapore.
