JOB DESCRIPTION
· Participates in all project-related activities, tracks progress towards milestones
· Collaborates with the organization's compliance team to address any issues or concerns
· Research information to support other teams and departments as needed
· Creates schedules, coordinates and arranges meetings, info sessions, and other events, ensures that all participants are invited and well-informed
· Keeps up to date organization's relevant databases
· Perform administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, estimates, scheduling meetings, etc.
· Keep track of and report on project progress
· Complete any tasks assigned by the Manager in an efficient and timely manner
· Track project expenses, budgets, and resource allocations, and report any discrepancies or variances to project managers
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum Diploma and above
· Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer service-oriented approach.
· Proficiency in MS Office applications
· Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation, data, and information
· Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds
