Job Description:
· To convert the requirements to proper business specifications, supporting testing of the
delivered product, facilitating implementation to production and documentation.
· Responsible for making sure all the downstream reporting is not impacted due to any change
in the upstream interface.
· Responsible to clarify all the required information to the impacted reporting teams consuming
data from other platform.
· Use statistical techniques and tools to analyses data.
· Identify patterns, trends, and correlations.
· Interpret data to address specific business queries and solve problems.
· Responsible for requirements gathering/Analysis through user feedbacks and discussion with
different stakeholders.
· Documenting User Stories in JIRA in Gherkin.
· Data analysis and data testing to ensure that import of databases is correct.
· Submit daily status reports to seniors.
· Responsible in the coordination of the UAT testing activities of the team.
· Experience with any of the banking products required (Fermat or Finacle or T24 or etc).
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Autonomy to include implicit deliverables in assignment based on best practices.
· Strong appetite to learn both functional and technical new domain.
· Responsible to identify and define detailed functional specifications based on the business
requirements document.
· Analyze business requirement and translate into Functional Specification documentations.
· Consideration of all aspects, which may impact the project objectives.
· Work collaboratively with the broader product team to ensure effective launches.
· Assist in translating business requirements into test scenarios.
· Good knowledge in financial services policies, procedures, products and industry practices.
· Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
· Experience in Business Analysis 6 years
· Skills Required: Sql, Testing, BRD, FRD, Data mapping, banking products (Fermat or Finacle or
T24).
· Strong presentation and meeting skills.
· Proactive and has initiative to thrive in a fast-paced environment to deliver and meet deadlines.
· Highly resourceful and self-motivated.
