The Opportunity
- Opportunity to work in a leader in the Seminconductor industry (US MNC)! You will be managing the end-to-end full Talent Acquisition cycle for the engineering and technician roles. This role will be managing end to end recruitment for the Korean Market.

- Contract: 6 months contract
- Salary: up to SGD 12k (subjected to experience)
Responsibilities
- Lead on the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position for the Korean Market
- Utilize/leverage/develop relationships with outside vendors, web sites, and niche posting sites.
- Efficiently and effectively, fill open positions.
- Conduct regular follow-up with managers/recruiters to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
- Post openings in appropriate venues (social and professional web media, associations, colleges, institutes).
- Utilize appropriate sourcing channels (Internet, referrals, recruitment vendor, for recruitment.
- Develop/utilize employment the global employment brand.
- Utilize/maintain the ATS system for sourcing, reporting, metrics and provide feedback to streamline the recruitment process.
- Effectively partner with all areas of HR to ensure seamless onboarding of new hires.
- Utilize recruitment budget within given targets.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
- High-energy and passion
- Fluent in Korean to management candidates and stakeholders in Korea
