Role: Office Administration
The Personnel shall be competent to perform the following duties and
responsibilities, meeting quality standards and Key Performance Indices
(KPIs):
(a) Manage the Reception at the Admin Office;
(b) Handle calls and enquiries;
(c) Provide frontline service to all stakeholders such as parents, students,
staff, instructors and contractors etc.;
(d) Keep a record of incoming mails.
(e) Data entry and filing of records & documents;
(f) Maintain lost & found items and records;
(g) Distribution of graduating certificates and other materials and items;
(h) Manage students who report late to school and who need to leave
school early;
(i) Attend to unwell or injured students and staff requiring medical
attention in the sick bay;
(j) Maintain accurate record of students attended in the sick bay;
(k) Provide administrative and logistical support for school operations,
functions and events;
(l) Perform other administrative duties as required by the school.
