A Multi-National Company managing Co-working space/offices looking for OPERATIONS cum CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR.
Job Description:
- Responsible for project management systems & operational procedures, follow-up on the implementation of various operational policies, ensuring operational work on the project is carried out efficiently, improve management quality, employee performance appraisals, etc.
- Coordination and analysis of monthly operational reports.
- Responsible for organizing and supervision of the Marketing Department's external cooperation, coordinate and handle external public relations.
- Coordination and communication between departments.
- Complete relevant management reports and other work assigned by the management team.
- Implement & carry out training on various work processes and service standards within the project to improve the team's overall capabilities & qualifications and providing suggestions for optimizing overall operational costs to meet the company's rapid development needs.
Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor's degree and above, preferably with relevant experiences in co-working space/office, hotel management, etc
- 3 to 5 years in Operations or Management role.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle interpersonal relationships.
- Due to the nature of work, candidates should be fluent in both English & Mandarin but not limited to.
- The Company is looking for candidates who possess broad & flexible thinking, innovative and creative ability, meticulous & responsible and able to withstand certain work pressure.
- Able to start work immediately or within a short notice.
