Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in office operations, i.e., day-to-day administrative and operational duties, data entry of relevant information into database, etc.
- Understand and interpret client business and technical requirements in order to translate product benefit across all types of clients and partners.
- Support the sales team in calling and qualifying leads.
- Respond to enquiries from interested clients via various channels (Email, WhatsApp).
- Prepare quotations, invoices and communicate timelines and requirements.
- Ensure that client follow-ups are in place and completed in a timely manner.
- Maintain customer relationships, accounts and contracts.
- Manage billings.
- No cold calling involved.
- Provide relevant support and other ad-hoc duties when necessary.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate/Degree in any related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and online collaboration tools.
- Self-motivated, independent and able to work in a dynamic environment.
Working hours:
- 12-20 hours per week
- At least 4-5 hours per shift within Monday to Friday (10:00 - 19:00)
Salary:
- $10 to $15 per hour (progressive with commitment period and performance bonus)
