1. Recruitment of internship, scholarship applicants and international awards applicants through various school portals.
2. Processing of student allowances, calculation of no-pay-leave and data entry into HRIS system.
3. Management of scholar’s requests and claims on conferences, airfare, accommodation, medical and health insurance.
4. Management of scholar’s submission on exams results and thesis.
5. Verification of tuition fees billed by local and overseas universities.
6. Collation and management of students and scholars P-files documents.
7. Generation of reports for analysis of trends.
1. 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in HR and/or administration
2. Diploma and above
3. Good written and communication skills
4. Able to multitask and is Tech Savy
5. Quick learner and a team player
6. Meticulous in record keeping.
7. Able to work independently.
8. Able to multi-task and manage the workload during peak periods and work closely with the team as backup resources for timely delivery of services.
9. Prior experience with SAP is an added advantage.
