1) Verify and process financial claims in accordance with stipulated policies, guidelines and agreements
2) Clarify claims details and support documents submitted with the claimants
3) Escalate complex cases for review and discussion with stakeholders
4) Handle customer requests within established services standards
5) Provide administrative support
6) Undertake additional tasks as assigned
1) At least A level or Diploma holder
2) 1 to 2 years of working experiences (preferably) in processing claims, disbursement and refund
3) Good interpersonal and communicate skills (oral and written)
4) Must uphold strong code of work ethics and confidentiality of information
5) Detailed and meticulous
6) Diligent and committed to meet deadlines
7) Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially in using MS Excel
