Responsibilities:
- Set up and configure control systems, including IO systems, servo and step drives, and axis tuning.
- Provide on-site technical support for robotic equipment installation and commissioning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and control system issues.
- Maintain detailed project documentation.
- Handle installation, commissioning, servicing, and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Diagnose faults and recommend corrective actions to improve equipment uptime.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Instrument Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of service/programming experience with strong troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with automation software (Allen Bradley, SIEMENS, Honeywell, Schneider Electric) and instrumentation.
- Knowledge of control panel design and programming (VB, C, C++, Java, C# is a plus).
