Roles & Responsibilities
Incorporating new companies, registration of foreign entities and limited liability partnerships and Striking off companies
Preparing minutes of meetings, resolutions and supporting documents
Issuing Share Certificates, Maintenance of statutory registers and submission of statutory returns to ACRA Update and maintain statutory and corporate records required by Companies Act
Prepare board resolutions and minutes Prepare and filing of e-forms (ACRA) and e-stamping of transfer forms
Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Provide good client service ensuring clients 's queries are promptly addressed.
Requirements
Graduate from ICSA or Diploma in Law or Accountancy with good experience in corporate secretarial work
Organized and meticulous, self-motivated and ambitious
Good knowledge of relevant provisions of the Singapore Companies Act, Code of Corporate Governance, ACRA Bizfile and e-stamping
Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English and Mandarin
Confident, independent and adaptable
Tech-driven mindset: always find ways to improve efficiency and adapt easily to a fast-paced and an ever-changing environment
Independent in managing own workload, ability to work under pressure and to keep things moving and to juggle multiple tasks
