Accounting and Corporate Service Manager
We are a consulting firm providing full suite corporate outsourcing service to our client.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage full sets of accounts of a given portfolio of client companies
- Managing all financial and accounting transactions ensuring that they meet with Singapore’s Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) requirements and utilizing all the tools that we have at your disposal
- Coordinating and liaising with clients on accounting matters and queries
- Prepare XBRL/unaudited report /GST returns preparation and filing
- Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Candidates should either have degree in Accounting/ACCA or equivalent discipline and at least 8 years of experience in an outsource firm
- CPA/ACCA certification
- Familiar with Singapore Tax / Financial Reporting Standards / Company Act
- Preferably with experience from an audit firm or professional service providers
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Confident, independent and adaptable

- Independent in managing own workload, ability to work under pressure and to keep things moving and to juggle multiple tasks
