- Manage annual performance appraisal exercises, provide support for manpower budgeting during budget planning cycle;
- Provide support during compensation and benefits audit exercises;
- Advise line managers, staff and HRBP on compensation and benefits matters;
- Review compensation and benefits policies and guidelines;
- Develop communication plan, prepare materials and organize sessions to engage management and staff on compensation and benefits related policies and programmes;
- Participate in compensation and benefit surveys; and
- Lead/participate in HR projects and tasks per assigned
