My client is a leading provider of advanced CCTV and surveillance solutions, dedicated to delivering top-notch security products to businesses and institutions. As they continue to expand the market presence, they are looking for a dynamic Channel Sales Manager to join the team.

Job Description:

Seek an experienced and motivated Channel Sales Manager to drive the CCTV solutions sales through system integrators and channel partners. The ideal candidate will have strong connections within the system integrator community and a proven track record in channel sales management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, recruit, and develop relationships with system integrators and channel partners to expand market reach and drive sales of CCTV solutions.
  • Develop and implement channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, including setting sales goals, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing system integrators, ensuring alignment with our sales objectives and maximizing revenue opportunities.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential partners within the system integrator community to enhance our channel sales network.
  • Provide training, support, and resources to channel partners to ensure they are equipped to effectively sell our CCTV solutions.
  • Lead negotiations with channel partners and system integrators, driving deals to closure and ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt and refine our channel sales strategies accordingly.
  • Regularly report on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for growth.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in channel sales, with a focus on CCTV, security solutions, or related technology products.
  • Strong existing relationships with system integrators and channel partners in the CCTV or security industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a channel sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies, with a focus on long-term growth and sustainability.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to drive overall success.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
